About the Sponsorship Opportunities

Limited opportunities are available for you to put your business in the forefront as a patron of art, music and arts education! Naming rights are available for certain high-profile areas of this year’s Chalk It Up! festival and for our arts education grants programs. We are seeking major sponsors as well as sidewalk square sponsors. For sidewalk squares, we assign the artists to the sponsors from a pool of volunteers, or you can bring your own artists or team to participate in chalking up your company square.

Major Sponsor Benefits For All Contributions of $2,500 or more

• Company logo included in ads, website, event posters and on the back of all t-shirts
• Business name listed on letterhead, banners, and recognition in press and public relations
• Public announcements of sponsorship throughout the festival
• An informational/promotional booth space at the Festival (if desired)
• Signed/Framed Chalk It Up Poster
• Promotional items may be placed in Artists “swag bag”
• Double Chalk Art Square in the Park - Chalk It Up will assign the artists to do the artwork for your square, or you may choose your own artist(s). Please let us know your preference.

Diamond Sponsor - $25,000 or more

• Naming rights to the Music Stage with your logo on a dedicated banner
• Naming rights for top tier Chalk it Up Arts Education grants
• All benefits of major sponsors (above)

Platinum Sponsor - $10,000 minimum

• Naming rights to Art Activities Pavilion with your logo on a dedicated banner
• Naming rights for second tier Chalk it Up Arts Education grants
• All benefits of major sponsors (above)

Gold Sponsor - $5,000 minimum (may include a combination of cash and in-kind contributions)

• Naming rights for Volunteer/Hospitality tent with your logo on the banner - All artists, musicians, and volunteers will have access to a special area to cool down, have a snack and relax.

Silver Sponsor - $2,500 minimum (may include cash and/or in-kind contributions)

Bronze Sponsor - $1,000 minimum (May include cash and/or in-kind sponsorships)

Double Square Supporting Sponsor - $250.00 and above (May include cash and/or in-kind sponsorships)

• Public announcements of sponsorship at the festival
• Name listed on website

Sidewalk Square Sponsors

For sidewalk squares, the artist is required to include the name of the sponsoring business or organization at the top or bottom of each piece of artwork. Chalk It Up will assign the artists to do the artwork for your square, or you may choose your own artist(s). Please let us know your preference.

Family or Individual Squares $10 Small sidewalk squares inside the park may be purchased by the general public and includes a complimentary box of chalk.
